Refund and Returns Policy

At Elitelux, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customized items can only be refunded if defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@theeliteluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you and provide a Return Authorization (RAE) number if needed.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Shipping Costs

  • If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. (Processing time may vary by provider.)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us right away — we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return it and place a new order for the product you want.

Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
